Humanitarian Aid to Kurds – April 9, 1991

A motion was passed that the JCRC resolve to call upon the Bush administration and the world community to provide food, clothing, shelter and other humanitarian assistance to the Kurdish population that is enduring the repression of Saddam Hussein’s regime.
